Parque Colón (Ed. Carmelo Ibarra 528), circa 1905

View of parque colón in buenos aires, inaugurated in 1904 on the land formerly occupied by the taylor customs house. The central space of the park is seen empty before the donation of the monument to columbus, inaugurated in 1921. Behind, the east façade of the casa rosada, headquarters of the national government since 1862, stands out. In addition, paseo colón avenue passing between the building and the park, in the space today occupied by the bicentennial museum. Date: circa 1905.
