4. Tourcoing — Les Halles v°-r°, 1909

Tourcoing — les halles. Built on the site of the bailly castle from 1878 to 1880 based on plans by louis le blan, the building was intended to be a symbol of urban modernity advocated by the municipality and charles roussel-defontaines, mayor of the city from 1857 to 1879.
