The dutch fleet at anchor on the left, a port quarter view of a ship with pendant at the mizzen. Further away and to the right, another ship of the same squadron and another of the centre squadron on her starboard beam. In the distance, a large number of other ships mostly stern view. This is an unsigned pencil and wash drawing by the younger. Some of the wash, particularly in the sky and water, may have been added by a later hand. The dutch fleet at anchor. Date: circa 1665.
