Festive entry held by robert dudley, earl of leicester, at the hague on january 6, 1586. Twelve numbered pages intended to be assembled one after the other into a long strip. The procession with triumphal gates, arches, scaffolds with musicians and theaters and bonfires is depicted in the first ten plates, the last two plates are of the fireworks on the beach (in scheveningen?) and of the hofvijver and the binnenhof. Date: 1586.
