Many beautifully dressed spectators sit on stands along the walls of the hall and stand in a semicircle on the floor, around some dancers in the middle. In the background a raised stage showing a large rock among many trees. Above the scene the coat of arms of florence. Below the scene are a few lines of italian text. This print is part of a series of three performances of interludes in the play 'la liberazione di tirenno, e d'arnea' by andrea salvadori, as performed during the carnival in florence in 1616.
