We get up at 8:30 a. M. , the bell rings at 8 a. M. And we go to the dining room for coffee. At 10 a. M. The bell rings again and there is breakfast with butter and sausage! at 12:30 p. M. We have lunch - a wonderful meal. It's bedtime from 1 p. M. To 3 p. M. We have a snack at 4 p. M. And supper at 6 p. M. Nothing else is done all day! in a word, it's wonderful here! we have a playroom, a library, and deck chairs like in a real hotel. We eat all day long. I've spoken to comrades who have been here for [8 weeks!]. Date: 2 February 1942.
