A fat, elderly man, his face contorted, struggles between two men, who try to pull on pantaloons; he puts an arm round the neck of each, nearly throttling the man on his right. A boy stands (right), legs astride. A grinning head looks through a casement window (left). A looking-glass on the wall (right) has been knocked sideways. Cf. Bmsat 6723. 13 november 1797 etching.
