A man in the character of baron münchhausen (sir robert peel), holding up scrolls of papers lettered with 'new corn law' and 'new tariff', standing between an angry crocodile, at left, its upper jaw lettered with 'corn law league', and a lion, at right, its mane lettered with agricultural interest'.
