A mythological painting drawn by shigeru aoki based on the kojiki. In the palace of the sea god watatsumi, yamasachihiko is depicted sitting on a laurel tree, toyotamahime in a red robe standing by a well, and a maid in a white robe. Yamasachihiko and toyotamahime, who met at this time, were eventually married, and the son born to them is said to be the ancestor of the imperial family. Object Type: painting. Date: 1907.
