Satire: a lawyer on the left and a stout government minister on the right, seated at a table and clinking glasses with the devil who is assisting them; the room littered with money bags labelled 'perquisites in office' etc. And bills labelled 'contrivance to raise new taxes' etc.;the mace lying in the left foreground and a picture on the wall of the five loaves and two fish. 2 september 1784 hand-coloured mezzotint.
