Satirical portrait of rear-admiral samuel story; a stout man standing stockily to front, weeping, his left hand in his pocket, the other holding a paper inscribed 'the traitors have refused to fight'; he wears a blue costume with voluminous breeches buttoned down the sides, and a tricorne with tricolour cockade. 7 september 1799 hand-coloured etching with stipple.
