clearing of the colonnade of the louvre; demolition of petit-bourbon, 1st arrondissement. Above and extending to the left of the composition is a scaffolding with planks. To the right of the sheet is represented an architecture, the corner of a building with a console on which stands a statue of saint mark, a lion's head at his feet, topped by a canopy. In the lower right corner of the drawing, a tent, in front of which figures are depicted. In the center two horses, fitted with shoulder collars, eat straw near a cart.
