The madonna leaves the basket with the sewing tools (bottom right) struck by the sudden appearance of the angel, who communicates her divine motherhood. It is the "annunciation" painted in fresco in 1605-1610 by pomarancio (cristoforo roncalli, known as pomarancio, 1552-1626) in the sanctuary of the santa casa in loreto.
