Satire on the napoleonic wars. (british political cartoon); a satire on the willingness of the grenville government to make peace with napoleon. George iii is seen to be opposed to the french demands. The statue of pitt, the late prime minsiter, stands firmly behind the king; the irish republican o'connor hides behind the french minister, talleyrand.
