Portrait of manuel garcía barzanallana (1817-1892), first marquis of barzanallana. He held the treasury portfolio in 1856-1857, 1864-1865 and 1866-1868, under the presidency of general narváez. During the restoration, he was president of the council of state and the senate (1876-1881). He was also president of the royal academy of moral and political sciences. Object Type: painting.
