In the middle ground, lake constance and reichenau island with a monastery and other buildings, connected to the mainland by a bridge on either side, in the foreground to left, on the mainland, a man mounted on a horse taking care of the horses of his companions, who have dismounted and talk to a man near a tall tree, other figuirrs and a few animals around, in the water a large raft with a few people on it and some floating logs, in the distance on a hill, a building with a tower and mountains in the background; after ronmy lithograph on buff chine collé.
