Hon. Mark rolle (1835–1907) of stevenstone, st giles in the wood, devon. He is shown with foxhounds of his own stevenstone hunt, apparently with a background of terraced estate cottages built by him in st giles-in-the-wood. Collection of barnstaple town council. On display in council chamber, guildhall, barnstaple, north devon. This is a very large painting which dominates the council chamber and all the other many portraits displayed in it.
